Henan ZhongGong Design & Research Group Co., Ltd., formerly known as Henan Communications Planning & Design Institute Co., Ltd., was established in 1964. It went public on the ChiNext board of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in December 2017. It is a national high-tech company and an innovative leading company in Henan Province and the first engineering consulting company listed in the Central China region. It was honored with the "Governor's Quality Award" in April 2023. The company holds comprehensive Class A qualifications in engineering consultation, engineering design, engineering survey, as well as Class A qualification in urban and rural planning. It is one of the few design and consulting companies in the country that possesses the "Three Comprehensive and One Class A" qualifications. It can provide comprehensive technical services for infrastructure construction in six major fields, including transportation, urban construction, architecture, energy, water conservancy, and environment.
The company is one of the earliest companies in China to engage in international economic and technical cooperation, it is the only company in Henan province that holds a complete set of qualifications for foreign aid issued by the Ministry of Commerce and the International Development Cooperation Agency and is the only company in China that has undertaken two national-level road network planning projects.
