The existing drainage system of Kampot and Kep city in Cambodia needs to be improved. The government of Cambodia plans to build new rainwater, sewage pipe network system and waste water treatment plant. The project aims to carry out engineering feasibility study on the newly-built rainwater pipe network system, sewage pipe network system and waste water treatment plant, and carry out investigation and design work. Among them, in Kep city the service area is about 15.8 square kilometers and service population is 20000 people; in Kampot city the service area is 28.8 square kilometers and service population is 47000 people.
