The project is located in the south of Pinglu County, Shanxi Province, adjacent to Shanxi tourism highway along the Yellow River in the north, the Yellow River in the south, Maojin ferry in the East and the Yellow River Bridge in the West. The plot is about 103 mu (excluding roads). The whole terrain is high in the north and low in the south, with a drop of nearly 10 meters. It is a natural ecological terrain.
The project is positioned to create the Yellow River scenic tourism brand of Pinglu County, open up the tourist market, strengthen the construction of facilities, build Hualong ecological leisure park into the southwest gate of the mountain and even the excellent ecological and cultural tourism community in China, and make contributions to the tourism development and economic development of Pinglu County. At the same time, the use of modern real estate business model to develop land, full consideration of the interests of the government, residents, development companies and tourists, to achieve mutual benefit and win-win results.
The whole park is divided into two parts: hotel health residential area and commercial entertainment and leisure area. The main entrance is located in the northwest of the site along the Yellow River tourism highway, close to the main direction of the city flow. The main ring road is set around the base, and the entrance is flanked by amorous Commercial Street, which mainly includes characteristic catering, coffee shop, tea room, etc. Besides, Pinglu characteristic agricultural and sideline products and art commodities can be considered to enrich the park's tourism products. The conference center, fitness and entertainment center, indoor swimming pool and other public service facilities are planned on the south side of the base. The square and landscape tower are designed near the Yellow River to form the center of the whole park. The key facilities and buildings of the park are planned in the best position of the whole park landscape.
