The project is located at the northwest corner of the intersection of Changchun Road and Wu Tong Street in Zhengzhou High-tech Development Zone. The total land requisition is 48.9 mu, the land usage is 32.79 mu, the base topography is smooth, there is no cultural relics and historic sites and sensitive protection objects needed to protect, it is close to the exit of subway line 1, and the traffic is convenient. Zhengzhou High-tech Industrial Development Zone is located in the northwest of Zhengzhou City, with favorable external traffic conditions. It is a warm temperate continental climate with four distinct seasons. The water quality and air quality of the high tech Zone are excellent.

　　The total construction area of the project is 74980 m2. It is planned to be a commercial office building, with 15 floors for building 5, 14 floors for buildings 2-4 and 1 floor for underground. The first to second floors are commercial area. Building height: 49.6m for building 5 and 46.4m for building 2-4.

There are three office buildings in the north of the base, and the ground floor is commercial area, which is convenient for the daily needs of employees. There is an office building in the West. The four buildings are enclosed with the original production building to facilitate their mutual connection.
