Entrusted by the Highway Engineering Bureau of Henan Province, we made 3D animation of cantilever concreting construction technology of hanging basket for Huangshui River Bridge. High definition pictures were adopted during the production, strictly according to the design documents and construction steps. It showed that from 0# block construction to assembling hanging basket, installation of bottom formwork and external formwork, installation of bottom web reinforcement and prestressed pipe, installation of internal formwork, installation of roof reinforcement and prestressed pipeline, concreting, prestressed reinforcement threading, prestressed reinforcement tensioning, anchor sealing, pipe grouting, hanging basket moving forward to the bottom section-1, then to the side span cast-in-place section construction, side span closure section construction, middle span closure section construction. The animation played an important role in the construction scheme report and scheme display.
