This project is to implement the spirit of the document "Notice of the Henan Provincial People's Government to approve and transmit the opinions of the Provincial Department of Land and Resources and other departments onaccelerating the promotion of the province's rural collective land right confirmation, registration and certification" document, and combined with the actual situation of Pingyu County. The project adopts different surveying and mapping methods, collects basic data, completes the investigation, registration and certification of collective land ownership and right of use and database construction.
