The Kaifeng-Zhengzhou section of Lianyungang-Khorgos Expressway is the first expressway in Henan Province, which supervised by the company, started construction in June 1991 and opened to traffic in December 1994. It has a total length of 81 kilometers and an estimated investment of 1.05 billion CNY. It is the first World Bank Loan Project in Henan Province, which is managed according to FIDIC terms. The first expressway is of great significance and opened the prelude to Henan expressway construction.

Lianyungang-Khorgos Expressway has a mileage of 611 kilometers in Henan. Among this project, Zhengzhou to Luoyang section, Luoyang to Sanmenxia section, Sanmenxia to Lingbao section, Kaifeng to Zhengzhou section, Shangqiu to Kaifeng section, the reconstruction and expansion projects of Lankao to Liujiang section and Zhengzhou to Luoyang section were all supervised and completed by Henan Gaojian Project Management Co., Ltd.
