The Xixiayuan water reservoir is located on the trunk of Yellow River, 16km downstream to the Xiaolangdi Dam, 25km north to Luoyang city. It is suitable for tourism development with wide, clear water and stable water level. The work scope includes survey and design for 1 yacht dock with 6 berths, 1 sailboat dock with 51 berths, 1 rowing dock with 15 berths, 1 administrative dock with 1 berth, and 1 lifting boat dock with 1 berth. The ancillary works includes port roads, tourist leisure plaza, parking lots, passenger center, office building and power switching room, etc.
