Henan Gaojian Project Management Co., Ltd. is one of the first batch of 12 class-A supervision enterprises in China and the first supervision enterprise involving the FIDIC conditions and supervision system in Henan Province. It is also one of rapid developing supervision enterprises reformed earlier.
The company has abundant human resources, with a number of professor-level senior engineers, specialized in highway, architecture, municipal, consulting, testing, construction and project management. In particular, it has a group of excellent supervision engineers with excellent ideological quality, rich practical experience and solid professional technology. Zhang Jianping, the executive director, is a professor of engineering and has master's degree. Projects he presided over have successively won the first prize of National Quality Engineering and silver award. Hou Bo, the general manager, is a professor of engineering with bachelor's degree, has repeatedly won the national and Henan Provincial excellent supervisor or outstanding individual. Gao Jianxue, the chief supervision engineer, is a professor of engineering with master's degree. He was awarded the first "top ten construction masters in Henan".
The company has grown steadily from a supervision department with only 15 employees to a large supervision enterprise with more than 500 employees. At present, more than 60% of the company's personnel have bachelor's degree or above, and there are more than 400 professional supervision and consulting personnel, including 66 national registered supervision engineers, 6 national registered cost engineers, 18 first-class constructors, more than 100 registered supervision engineers and professional supervision engineers of the Ministry of Transport, 20 first-class cost engineers, and 54 test and detection engineers. At present, it is one of the most concentrated units in the supervision and consulting industry.

Henan Gaojian Project Management Co., Ltd. has undertaken supervision business of the first highway in Henan Province, Zhengzhou to Kaifeng section of Lianyungang-Khorgos Expressway, the first World Bank founded Project. It successively supervised World Bank loan projects with FIDIC conditions, such as Zhengzhou to Luoyang section and Luoyang to Sanmenxia section of Lianyungang-Khorgos Expressway, Zhumadian to Xinyang section and Anyang to Xinxiang section of Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway, and Shangqiu to Kaifeng section of Lianyungang-Khorgos expressway funded by the Japan Bank for International Cooperation.
In recent years, the company's supervision business covers nearly 20 provinces and cities, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government in China. The project quality supervised by the company is excellent and has been praised by the owners. More than 10 supervised projects have won national awards such as "Luban Award of China Construction" and "National Quality Engineering Award", and more than 30 projects have won provincial and ministerial awards. Many sub-projects have been praised as provincial model projects.
At present, the company has grade-A qualification for highway engineering supervision of the Ministry of Transport, special independent bridge qualification, special independent tunnel qualification and comprehensive grade-B test and detection qualification for highway engineering; grade-A qualification for highway engineering, housing construction engineering and municipal public engineering supervision of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development; grade-B qualification of supervision for power engineering, port and waterway engineering, mechanical and electrical installation engineering of the Department of Housing and Urban Rural Development of Henan Province; the third grade qualification of civil air defense engineering supervision of Henan Civil Air Defense Office.
Since its establishment, the company has carried out more than 40 scientific research projects, including 2 first prizes and 2 third prizes of China Highway Society, 1 first prize of Ministry of Communications, 1 third prize of transportation system, 2 second prizes and 10 third prizes of Henan Province, 7 first prizes, 6 second prizes and 2 third prizes of Henan Province, nearly 10 patents and is an advanced technical team in the field of highway engineering detection in Henan Province.
