The company has comprehensive Grade-A test and detection qualification for highway works, special test and detection qualification for highway bridge and tunnel works, laboratory accreditation certificate issued by China National Accreditation Committee for conformity assessment and measurement certificate issued by Henan Provincial Bureau of quality and technical supervision, and can carry out 986 regular and special tests and detections for highway engineering. The company has more than 400 employees, including 4 doctors, 80 masters, 9 professor-level senior engineers, 40 senior engineers, 101 engineers, 1 registered structural engineer, 3 registered geotechnical engineers, 146 test inspectors and 118 assistant test inspectors.

In recent years, the company has completed engineering material test and detection for more than 90 expressways, subgrade and pavement test of more than 10000 kilometers, construction monitoring for more than 60 bridges, including long-span concrete-filled steel tubular arch bridges, cable-stayed bridges, suspension bridges, continuous steel frame bridges and other complex bridge. Also it executed health monitoring and load test, disease detection for more than 4000 bridges, and has completed the advanced geological prediction, monitoring measurement, quality inspection and other related technical services for more than 150 construction tunnels (more than 400 km in total). In addition, the company has also completed the technical condition assessment of on-duty highway tunnels more than 600 kilometers. Besides that, the company has completed pile tests for more than 18 bridges over crossing the Yellow River, such as G234 Jiaozuo to Xingyang Yellow River Bridge, G107 Guandu Yellow River Bridge, Taiqian Yellow River Bridge of Taiqian-Huixian expressway (section from provincial boundary of Henan and Shandong to Fanxian) and Taohuayu Yellow River Bridge. The maximum loading tonnage is 6400 tons, and there are 26 third-party testing laboratories have been completed and in progress.
Since established, the company has carried out more than 40 scientific research projects, being awarded 2 first prizes and 2 third prizes of Science and Technology Progress by China Highway & Transportation Society, 1 first prize by the Department of Transport, 1 third prize of transportation system, 2 second prizes and 10 third prizes of Henan Province Science and Technology Progress , 7 first prizes, 6 second prizes and 2 third prizes of Henan Province Transport Science and Technology Progress.
