Recently, the company successfully passed the qualification certification review by the Administration for Market Regulation Henan Province and obtained the "China Inspection Body and Laboratory Mandatory Approval (CMA)" certificate.

　　The CMA certificate, as one of the company's important qualification certificates, was first obtained in early 2015 and has undergone renewal and expansion in 2017 and 2019, expiring in November of this year. In response, the company's leadership attached great importance and actively supported the process, with the Engineering Survey Institute coordinating and organizing, and other departments such as the Board Office, Environmental Engineering Institute, Engineering Mapping and Geographic Information Research Institute, Engineering Technology Research Institute, International Division, and Engineering Management and Engineering General Contracting Division working together. Engineering Survey Institute was responsible for the expansion and re-evaluation of the China Inspection Body and Laboratory Mandatory Approval (CMA).

　　With strong support and coordination from the company's leadership, the Engineering Survey Institute standardized and upgraded the laboratory environment, purchased relevant equipment, and established an archive room and equipment room in accordance with relevant regulations. The review materials were submitted to the Administration for Market Regulation Henan Province on October 6, 2023.

　　From November 3 to November 4, 2023, the Administration for Market Regulation Henan Province dispatched a panel of experts to conduct an on-site review of the company. The review team consisted of four experts in different fields, with the Zhengzhou Market Supervision Administration arranging personnel for on-site supervision. The review covered fields such as geotechnical testing, rock testing, water quality analysis, engineering monitoring, engineering surveying, ecological environment monitoring, aerial photography, photogrammetry, and remote sensing, totaling 184 parameters.

　　After two days of review, the expert review team fully affirmed and highly evaluated the company's operation of the inspection and testing quality management system, the configuration of personnel and equipment, the control of the testing environment, and the actual operation level and testing capabilities of the personnel. They unanimously believed that it basically complies with the "Inspection and Testing Institution Qualification Certification Capability Evaluation General Requirements for Inspection and Testing Institutions."

　　In order to obtain the certificate as soon as possible, all personnel worked overtime to strictly implement the expert review opinions, completed the rectification one week in advance, and obtained the recognition of the review experts, successfully obtaining the "China Inspection Body and Laboratory Mandatory Approval (CMA)" certificate on November 22, 2023.

　　The renewal of this "China Inspection Body and Laboratory Mandatory Approval (CMA)" certificate is a key task of the Engineering Survey Institute this year and a strong supplement to the company's qualifications. It is the foundation and favorable guarantee for smoothly carrying out inspection and testing businesses such as geotechnical testing, engineering monitoring, environmental monitoring, and mapping product quality inspection. It provides experience for the expansion of other types of inspection and testing businesses of the company and greatly enhances the company's market competitiveness.
